There’s a moment during a panic attack that most people don’t like to admit out loud.
It’s not just feeling anxious.
It’s not just a racing heart or shortness of breath.
It’s the thought that cuts through everything else:
“I think I’m about to die.”
Not in a dramatic way.
In a very real, very convincing way.
Your chest tightens.
Your breathing feels off.
Your heart starts pounding.
Heart attack.
Suffocating.
Losing control.
Even when you know panic attacks can’t kill you, your body doesn’t care in that moment. It feels real. It feels final. And it’s terrifying.
That was me.
I wasn’t just anxious. I was constantly scanning my body, monitoring my breathing, checking my pulse, replaying symptoms in my head, and trying to “think my way out of it.”
And every time I tried to calm myself down, my own thoughts made it worse.
Because the problem was never the sensations.
It was the negativity running through my internal dialogue.
A fast heart rate turned into “something’s wrong.”
A shallow breath turned into “I’m suffocating.”
Dizziness turned into “this is it.”
Same sensations.
A completely different story playing in my head.
What I didn’t realize at the time was that panic attacks weren’t the real issue. They were just the loudest example of how destructive my internal dialogue had become.
My mind automatically jumped to worst-case scenarios.
It spoke in fear, urgency, and self-doubt.
And it wasn’t just during panic. It showed up everywhere.
That constant negativity is exhausting. And it quietly keeps anxiety alive.
Learning to change my internal dialogue didn’t magically remove anxiety from my life. But it stopped my thoughts from constantly turning discomfort into danger.
That’s why I created Internal Dialogue Mastery.
Not as a panic-attack program.
But as a way to change the internal conversations that quietly run your life, especially in high-pressure moments.
If you’ve ever felt trapped in negative thoughts that spiral fast, this was built for you.
👉 Internal Dialogue Mastery
You don’t need a quieter body.
