I almost stopped sharing this.
For a while, it felt like I was putting a lot of time and thought into writing about anxiety and overthinking… and hearing nothing back.
I was being open about my own struggles.
About the mental spirals.
About the different angles of anxiety I’ve lived through and worked through.
And the silence started messing with my head.
I remember thinking, “If this isn’t bringing value to anyone, maybe I should just stop and use the time for something else.”
It was frustrating. Honestly, it felt defeating.
Because the whole reason I do this is simple:
I know how terrible anxiety can feel.
I know how loud overthinking gets.
And my goal is to help people take control of it instead of being controlled by it.
Then one day, a woman reached out to me.
She told me she had been in a really desperate place with anxiety. She had come across my Anxiety Warrior Blueprint, and it helped her. She said the content I share continued to calm her down when she was struggling badly.
She didn’t have to send that message.
But she did.
And that one message meant more than she probably realizes.
It reminded me that impact is often invisible.
Just because people aren’t commenting doesn’t mean they aren’t reading.
Just because they aren’t replying doesn’t mean they aren’t applying.
Just because it’s quiet doesn’t mean it’s not working.
If you’re reading this quietly and it’s helping, even a little, I’m glad you’re here.
And if you haven’t already downloaded the Anxiety Warrior Blueprint that helped her during such a difficult time, you can get your copy here:
Anxiety Warrior Blueprint
It’s the exact framework I created from my own experience navigating anxiety and overthinking, and the same one that helped her calm down when she needed it most.
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
